E.F. Hutton Denied Access to Federal Court - July 15, 2011

The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that E.F. Hutton's actual innocence claim was properly denied by U.S. district Court placing Hutton outside the time frame of statute of limitations for filing his Writ of Habeas Corpus. According to the district court Hutton had been discharged in California but not in Oklahoma. The court of appeals upheld this claim stating that Hutton's certificate of parole had a release date of 1/26/08, and that the state of Oklahoma filed its parole violation warrant March of 2007 prior to Hutton's parole discharge date. When questioned Hutton stated "The Simple Truth" referring to New York Times bestselling author David Baldacci's book. Uac's review of Hutton's parole certificate shows "no" date of discharge essentially leaving termination to the discretion of California. Other court documents show both states terminating parole in 2005. Hutton who is preparing for a refiling in district court will address these specific issues.

E. F. Hutton Kidnapped State of California Maybe Partially 2 Blame - March 27, 2011

In an E. F. Hutton update Up and Coming Records has learned that the rapper/ceo has been kidnapped and the state of California maybe partially to blame. Responsible for Hutton's out of state parole supervision California (through the authority of Oklahoma) discharged the rapper's parole in 2005. However, the state of Oklahoma filed a warrant for arrest for parole violation in 2007. Fighting extradition Hutton was given a court date by a California judge in which Oklahoma was to address their legal entitlement. That never happened as Oklahoma essentially kidnapped the Compton rapper (prior to a court appearance) from a California county jail cell. Hutton is currently in the state of Oklahoma fighting against wrongful incarceration. For more exclusive E. F. Hutton news choose uacrecords.com your #1 website for keeping it real.
